Third Bi-Annual Report on Manifesto Monitoring Released

The People’s Action for Free and Fair Elections (PAFFREL) and the March 12 Movement launched the Third Biannual Report on monitoring the implementation of the government’s manifesto “A Thriving Nation – A Beautiful Life” on 16 September 2026, at the ORCHID, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Consultants, Mr. M. Thilakarajah and Mr. D.D. Mataharaarachchi presented the third phase of the monitoring process and key findings of the report based on the progress monitoring and observations made during January-June 2026. An open discussion brought together government ministers, ministry secretaries, civil society representatives, academics and media personnel.
